Pre-Order Policy

Pre-orders let you lock in new sets before release day. Because we commit our stock allocations the moment you order, the following terms apply to every pre-order.

Payment

Pre-orders are paid in full at checkout to secure your allocation.

Cancellations

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled. In exceptional circumstances a cancellation may be approved at the manager's discretion — where a cancellation is approved, a 15% restocking fee applies. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — if a product is faulty, significantly not as described, or not supplied, your statutory remedies apply in full.

Shipping

Pre-orders ship on or shortly after the official release date. If your cart mixes pre-order and in-stock items, the pre-orders will be shipped separately — your in-stock items ship right away and your order will arrive in more than one delivery.

Release dates

Release dates are set by the publishers and can move. If a release is delayed, we ship as soon as stock lands. The expected release date for each pre-order is shown on its product page.
